Jordan D. Clark

Managing Partner

Our founder, Jordan D. Clark, has been involved in the meetings industry for nearly 30 years. The foundation of our company is based on Performance Improvement through Meetings.

Not only does he agree that the Meetings Industry as a whole is undervalued and often ignored, but he also believes that the industry has been undernourished as a catalyst for positive change and growth.

He believes that both internal meetings within an organization and external meetings in the form of conferences, conventions and tradeshows are actually engines that drive collaboration and business success.

Adrienne Belleza

Director of Operations

Meet Adrienne Belleza, our Director of Operations; she has pursued her passion for hospitality management and event planning for over a decade and all over the world, even receiving a master’s degree in International Event Management at the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom.  She has travelled throughout Europe, Asia, the Americas, and even ventured into Africa, giving her a deep understanding and appreciation for all cultures and cuisines.

She has managed/choreographed events in a broad variety of venues from hotels to healthcare facilities and a major Las Vegas street, and her goal is always to exceed expectations.  Adrienne prides herself on ensuring that all details are covered without losing sight of the big picture; assisting the customer in every facet of logistics and operations – site selection and menu planning to budgets and timelines.

Adrienne thrives on large logistical projects, she treats each conference and event like a unique puzzle and with her detail-oriented mind she provides best road map to success for her clients.  Always ready for the unknown and can mitigate any challenge that may pop up during the planning and/or execution phase.

Her clients love working with her most of her clients are repeat clients.  They love her calm nature during stressful times, her open and honest communication, her attention to detail, her passion for this industry, and the time she takes to truly understand and learn the company, the client, and the group to make sure she does right by everyone.

From choreographing and executing a catered event inside a TSA secured airport terminal, managing and executing a recurring annual multinational corporate meeting at a luxury Las Vegas hotel, to developing and growing the event and catering department at the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium, Adrienne has done it all! 

Wendy Wade

Director of Meeting Partnerships

Wendy Wade is just the experienced professional you need.  She is a long time and seasoned hospitality sales professional with more than 20 years experience in literally all facets of the business.  Helping others succeed is part of her DNA.

Wendy truly believes that building true, trusted partnerships is the only way to do business and the only way to guarantee great meetings.  Her experience and dedication will ensure solutions, not problems!

Successful contract negotiations are one of Wendy’s greatest strengths and she will make sure that you and your organization receive the value you deserve. Hotel contracts are not always fun, but when you have Wendy as your partner you are ensured a seamless process from contract execution to final bill.  You can count on Wendy to manage all aspects of this process proactively for you and your team.

Her vast sales and operations experience includes city hotels, luxury resorts, individual properties and large chain hotels. In short, she has the experience you need to be well-served.  Wendy’s loyal customer base ranges from Associations and Corporate-Incentive Meetings to Sports (professional and non-professional) as well as Government.

She has a solid reputation in the industry for putting her clients first and she is widely respected for creating and maintaining winning partnerships with vendors.  As the Director of Meeting Partnerships, let us put Wendy to work for you.  From site visits to on-site management, Wendy will help you ensure your organization has a successful meeting.

Mia Kumondan

 Director of Meeting Partnerships

Mia Kumondan is an Event Management Professional with more than 10 years in the hospitality industry. Having worked in hotels both large and small, she is highly skilled in even the most complex contract negotiations.  In addition, she has handled exhibits, meeting planning services and catering for many extremely large groups such as CES, SEMA, and Mr. Olympia.  She has a track record of flawlessly operating multiple subgroups at the same time.

Her clients revere her for her hands-on approach and her maniacal administration of the details.

She is highly involved with each of her clients to ensure exceptional communication and personally oversees outstanding and memorable results.

Sheryl Metivier

Director of Meeting Partnerships

Sheryl Metivier’s PASSION for all things hospitality is apparent in how she handles her day-to-day business.  Her top priority is always her customers, who value Sheryl for the amount of time she takes to truly understand their goals and objectives.

Sheryl’s 20+ years in hospitality started with vast experiences at both large and small hotels and resorts.  Her Sales and operational background set the bar for consistently delivering exceptional service, finding the perfect fit during site selections and doing what’s right during contract negotiations.  She specializes in all aspects of Corporate, National and Regional Organizations, as well as local, regional and professional Sports.  Her experiences led to the prestigious invitation to be an inaugural member of the Executive Advisory Board for CONNECT New England.

Hospitality is in her blood.  It all began with Sheryl’s first part-time job as a dishwasher at a local restaurant and led to graduating from the University of New Haven with a BS in Hotel / Restaurant Management and Business Administration.  Even during her non-work time, her and her husband host 100+ of their closest friends and family for an annual BBQ.  Seeing the smiles, laughs and pure happiness of all her guests and clients and creating memorable experiences for them is truly why she does what she does.  It’s about the satisfaction of serving others.

When she’s not out dazzling customers with seamless experiences and her amazing wisdom of the Meetings Industry, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, (as well as be a Sports Mom (& Coach) to her two kids!)

Ginny Hanchett

RN, MS, FNP, APRN-BC, DCNP, COCN, CWCN
Director of Medical Meeting Partnerships

Ginny’s credentials speak for themselves. Her 30 years of nursing experience in management, advanced practice specialties of surgical, dermatology, wound and ostomy nursing have dubbed her as a highly respected and sought after professional. But helping patients alone wasn’t enough. Ginny has spent several years with professional organizations continuing her education, and giving back to her professional community.

It was those experiences of giving back that Ginny found yet another passion- medical meeting management. Her time spent with the Dermatology Nurses’ Association, Central Western NY affiliate of the North East Region Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses Society catapulted her into medical meetings and conferences not only as an attendee, but as part of numerous planning committees related to organizing those conferences. That passion led to her chairing some of the most profitable and most highly rated meetings and conferences in the history of those organizations. Ginny combines her vast medical knowledge with her perspective as an attendee and meeting planner to come up with the perfect prescription for successful meetings.

Sandie Holley

Director of Meeting Partnerships

 With more than 13 years in the hospitality industry, Sandie Holley is a true image bearer of the profession.

While serving at the NC Association of Pharmacists, she managed complex conventions that included trade show management.  Her focus is to provide impeccable service, appreciate the vendors and sponsors and the value they bring to the table, and assure the attendee, regardless of the profession, their continuing education is accredited and compliance is a priority.

 She has traveled to 21 countries, conducting site visits in most. It is the relationships and universal interactions that she cherishes.  Great hospitality partnerships are key to a favorable outcome.

While not in meeting mode, she enjoys travel with her husband and family, and is an avid enthusiast of the performing arts.  Like an actor on the stage, having the ability to respond quickly to an unplanned situation is critical to the success of a meeting. 

 Sandie considers it a true joy to be one of the many faces of hospitality.

Katherine P. Shelton

National Account Manager

Some people are just born friendly and helpful and that perfectly describes Katherine Shelton.  Her hospitality career spans 3 states including Nevada, Hawaii and California as well as such prestigious brands as Four Seasons, Marriott, Diamond Resorts and Wynn Resorts.  Katherine’s focus thus far in her career has been exceptional customer service in many different operational areas.  Her attention to detail and behind the scenes approach to fantastic events leaves her clients wondering what they ever did without her.

Alexandria Pullmann

Through years of selling and operating more than 100,000 meeting contracts, we know what to look for to protect you and we know how to recognize what is not in your favor and negotiate it out. Contracts are a commitment and making sure you have the best terms to protect you and your partners is imperative.

Genuine Partnerships

Working in the best interests of our customers is first priority. We will never develop “Preferred Partnerships” with major hotel chains and vendors. Those kinds of relationships are based on volume and commission overrides that do not always put the customers best interests first. We will not charge sponsorship fees to any hotels or vendors for the privilege to work with us. All hotels and other vendors charge customers the same amount no matter what their volume or what channel they go through. We treat all of our customers and our vendors like partners, no matter how often we have worked with them and we continue to make our recommendations to our clients based solely on what is the right option for the customer. Every time.
